# Match the delivery to the plan

Keep the drug name and pharmacy name to hand when a parcel arrives. Ask the pharmacist about any mismatch.

## A matching delivery versus an unanswered change

### The names match

Check the drug name, pharmacy name, and papers against your visit note.

### Something changed

A blank label, missing papers, or a changed name leaves a question for the pharmacist.

Use the written plan for the comparison. Appearance alone leaves the source question open.

## Check the delivery details

- Does the drug name match the plan?

- Does the named pharmacy match the pharmacy check?

- Are the package and label intact and readable?

- Are storage notes for this drug included?

- Do I have a phone number or message address for the pharmacist?

## Cold storage and the label

Some peptide medicines require cold storage. Others do not, according to product information checked September 17, 2026. GLP-1 is a natural body signal that helps manage hunger and blood sugar. Semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) copies this signal.

FDA (Food and Drug Administration) advice checked September 17, 2026 says not to use an injection of a GLP-1 medicine if it is delivered warm or with too little cooling. FDA has found false pharmacy names on some made-to-order semaglutide and tirzepatide labels, checked September 26, 2026. [FDA · False pharmacy names ↗ ](https://www.fda.gov/drugs/drug-alerts-and-statements/fdas-concerns-unapproved-glp-1-drugs-used-weight-loss)

FDA reports include hospital care after possible measuring mistakes with compounded (made-to-order) semaglutide injections, checked September 26, 2026. [FDA · Reports of measuring mistakes ↗ ](https://www.fda.gov/drugs/drug-alerts-and-statements/fdas-concerns-unapproved-glp-1-drugs-used-weight-loss)

Ask the pharmacist about label wording or measuring instructions that are unclear.

## Keep this answer

Keep the box and product details when asking the pharmacy to resolve a mismatch.
