Drug makers’ posted cash prices for several branded GLP-1 medicines were roughly $149–$499 a month at the September 26, 2026 check. Under one offer for tirzepatide (Zepbound), 45 days after the last delivery was the deadline for the next refill. Refilling later raised some higher-strength refill prices to $699.
